Michelle began her career at sea with Carnival and Norwegian Cruise Lines, where she developed a deep appreciation for hospitality, service culture, and guest engagement in dynamic, fast-paced environments. In 2001, she joined Ocean Reef Club, one of the world’s most prestigious private club communities, where she excelled across multiple leadership roles over 18 years. Her tenure included key positions in Club and Resort Operations, Membership Development, and Sales & Marketing, where she played an instrumental role in enhancing member experiences, increasing engagement, and strengthening the club’s brand identity.

As General Manager of Fisher Island Club, Michelle introduced innovative initiatives that improved service consistency and elevated member and guest satisfaction. She championed cross departmental collaboration, aligning operational execution with brand strategy to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Today, Michelle brings her extensive hospitality expertise to her role with DMI Hotels, where she supports meeting planners and organizations in sourcing exceptional venues and creating seamless event experiences. Working alongside DMI’s expert sales team, she helps clients navigate the planning process with confidence by connecting them with premier national and international hotels and destination management partners. Known for anticipating challenges and providing innovative solutions, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring every event is executed flawlessly while delivering exceptional service for planners and their attendees.
